At ELEGOO, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and electronics, offering a 30-day return window for products in original condition to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that certain consumables and opened resins may be subject to specific return conditions.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at service@elegoo.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
Once your package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
